One of the data points we're working on right now , as you know , we're in compliance and we're talking with payers about the relationship of a better adherence to compliance , which is really just adherence to best practices is all compliance really is and the adherence to compliance standards and how it relates to outcomes and long-term outcomes for people in substance use disorder treatment or mental health treatment . And , yeah , figuring out what data points to look at , how often , to measure what to do with that data . These are all very overwhelming tasks that are a lot to do but we know have a direct impact . Now it's being able to repeatably show what makes sense . So you know it's all designed around reducing the unnecessary standards and burdens that are on treatment centers that you know may not be necessary , so it all kind of comes around full circle with that , which is really cool . I don't know if I shared that with you that we've been working on that .

Well , I do think it connects the dots . Well , it's what you basically , in a sense and I don't want to like try to tell you your own business . You certainly know it better than I do . But where those workforce shortages are there and people don't have adequate staff and the sky is falling and we're putting out fires left and right , organization like Hatch has the ability to step in and come alongside and help with a lot of the compliance . It's almost a way of outsourcing that headache that , for a lot of people , is not their favorite thing , is not their primary focus . You know they got into this because they want to help people . They want to do that in the best possible way , but they don't always know the eyes to dot and the T's to cross , and how many of this does that take . So it gives you opportunity to come alongside and really indirectly impact a lot of people's lives by freeing up the treatment agency to do what they do best .

Speaker 1

Well , you're also able to . When you bring an expert in , you're able to analyze the data that you're collecting right and you know what value that has on your organization and the amount of time your staff is spending doing whatever they're doing right . You have a . You have somebody who really understands looking at incident reports and root cause analysis and people leaving against medical or clinical advice things like that . Somebody who really can take data and do something with it can make a tremendous impact to quality of care and your bottom line as well , both there . Thanks for tuning in to Hatching Creativity . We appreciate your support . Please don't forget to like and subscribe until all your friends about the show and remember it's never just about one thing .
